By making a reservation at our tourist apartment, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Reservations Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or by email. To confirm the reservation, full payment in advance is required. The reservation is not considered valid until you receive written confirmation. Cancellation and Refund Policy Cancellations are not accepted, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including force majeure, changes of plans, or personal unforeseen events. This policy applies due to high demand and the advanced planning necessary to ensure the proper operation of the accommodation. By confirming your reservation, you accept this condition and understand that there will be no partial or full refunds of the amount paid. Check-in and Check-out Check-in: From 4:00 PM. Check-out: Until 11:00 AM. Changes to these times are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. Accommodation Rules Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation. Parties and events are not permitted. Please respect the neighbors’ rest hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The number of guests must match the number specified in the reservation. Pets Pets are accepted with prior consultation and an additional fee. Owners are responsible for any damage or extra cleaning caused by their pets. Parking Parking is available by prior reservation and at an additional cost. We are not responsible for any damage, theft, or loss occurring to vehicles parked on the premises. Liability Guests agree to take care of the accommodation and to report any damage. We are not responsible for losses, accidents, or personal injuries that occur during the stay. Data Protection Your personal data will be treated confidentially and in accordance with current data protection legislation.
