We want your stay to be as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

To ensure good coexistence and proper care of the accommodation, please take the following rules into account:

✅ General Rules

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.

Parties and events are not permitted.

To respect the neighbors, please avoid loud noises, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

The number of guests must not exceed the maximum allowed in the reservation.

🅿️ Parking

Parking space is available subject to availability and prior reservation.

Using the parking space involves an additional cost.

Please check in advance if you wish to reserve it.

🐾 Pets

Pets are accepted with prior consultation and an additional charge.

Owners are responsible for any damage or mess caused by their pets inside the accommodation.

🧹 Cleaning and Care

Please take care of the apartment as if it were your own.

Please do not leave trash when you leave the accommodation.

If something breaks, please report it as soon as possible so it can be fixed quickly.

⌚ Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: From 3:00 PM.

Check-out: Until 11:00 AM.

Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve an additional cost.
